Accessibility Statement

VialArt works to make vialart.com usable for as many people as possible, including visitors who rely on assistive technologies.

We design & test toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Our approach

Accessibility is important to us. We design, build, and test vialart.com with the goal of aligning with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we work continually to maintain and improve the experience for all visitors. Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one‑time event, and we treat it that way.

Ongoing effort & third‑party content

The site and the assistive technologies people use both change over time, so accessibility is something we monitor and revisit on an ongoing basis. Some parts of the experience are provided by third parties — including the Shopify checkout, payment providers, and any embedded review, chat, or marketing apps — and are not fully within our control. We work with those providers where we can to encourage accessible experiences.

If you have any difficulty using vialart.com, or need information in a different format, we want to hear from you and will work in good faith to help. Please use our contact form with the page address and a short description of the issue, and we aim to respond within five business days.

This statement describes our good‑faith accessibility efforts and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a warranty or guarantee, and it is not an admission or representation that the website, or any page or feature, is free of all possible accessibility issues at all times. We welcome feedback and continue to improve. Last reviewed June 5, 2026.
