Orders can’t be cancelled or refunded

Every VialArt™ product is a custom item, printed to order from the design, text and options you provide. Because our products are personalised and made to your specifications, all sales are final — we don’t accept returns or exchanges, and don’t offer refunds on custom-printed items once an order has been confirmed and submitted for production.
Your labels exist only for you and can’t be resold, which is why this is standard for made-to-order goods. If you’ve spotted a mistake in what you submitted, tell us in the message — we can’t refund it, but we’ll always tell you the cheapest way to put it right.
