Please read this policy before ordering. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to it.

Everything is made to order

Every VialArt product is a custom item, printed to order from the design, text, and options you provide. Each order is unique to you and is produced specifically for you after you confirm it.

All sales are final on custom items

Because our products are personalized and made to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds, on custom‑printed items once an order has been confirmed and submitted for production. This is standard for made‑to‑order and personalized goods.

Please review your order carefully

You review and approve your label — including all text, spelling, concentrations, lot numbers, dates, and design choices — before checkout. We print exactly what you confirm. Please double‑check every detail, because we cannot correct or refund mistakes in customer‑supplied content (for example, typos or incorrect values) after an order is placed.

Changes & cancellations

Orders move into production shortly after they are confirmed and generally cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away through our contact form — if production has not yet started, we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a change is possible.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or does not match the design you approved due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form with your order number and clear photos. We will reprint or replace the affected items at no additional charge. This remedy is limited to the affected items and is our sole responsibility for such issues.

Shipping

We are not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages that are lost or marked delivered after they leave our facility; please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. For lost or carrier‑damaged shipments, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier where possible.
