How and when your custom labels reach you.

Production time

Every order is custom‑printed to order. Orders are typically produced and shipped within 1–2 business days (often within 24–48 hours) after you confirm your design. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping & transit

Once produced, orders ship via USPS. Estimated transit is typically 3–5 business days within the United States; delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking to update.

Delays, lost & damaged shipments

We are not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages lost or marked delivered after they leave our facility. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged in transit, use our contact form and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier where possible. Items damaged or defective due to our error are covered by our Returns & Order Policy.

“Delivered” but you can’t find it?

USPS sometimes scans a package as “delivered” 1–3 days before it actually arrives. If your tracking shows delivered but it isn’t in hand yet:

• Please wait 1–3 business days — early “delivered” scans are common, and the package usually turns up shortly after.
• Check your mailbox, porch, parcel locker, building mailroom, and with neighbors or household members.
• If it still hasn’t arrived, contact USPS directly with your tracking number (it’s in your shipping‑confirmation email): call 1‑800‑275‑8777 (1‑800‑ASK‑USPS), Mon–Fri, or open a Missing Mail search at usps.com/help and enter your tracking number.
• If USPS cannot locate it after a search, reach out through our contact form and we’ll help where we can.

International orders

If we ship to your country, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
