Priority Production Terms of Service

Priority Production Upgrade

By purchasing the Priority Production upgrade, you agree to the following terms:

Service Description

  • Priority Production moves your order to the front of our production queue ahead of standard orders.
  • This service applies to production time only and does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Production Time

  • Eligible orders are targeted to ship within 1 business day after:
    • Payment has been received.
    • Artwork has been approved (if applicable).
    • All required design information has been submitted.
  • Orders placed after our daily production cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Artwork Approval

If your order requires revisions, approval, or additional information, the Priority Production timeline begins only after all outstanding issues have been resolved.

Shipping

  • Shipping transit times are determined by the selected carrier and service level.
  • Priority Production does not upgrade your shipping method unless purchased separately.

Eligibility

  • We reserve the right to limit or temporarily suspend Priority Production during periods of unusually high demand, equipment maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • If we are unable to fulfill the Priority Production service, the Priority Production fee will be refunded.

Refunds

  • The Priority Production fee is non-refundable once production has begun.
  • If we fail to provide Priority Production due to our own scheduling limitations, we will refund the Priority Production fee. No additional compensation or damages will be provided.

Exclusions

Custom design services, proof revisions, customer delays, artwork corrections, force majeure events, shipping carrier delays, and incorrect shipping information are not covered by the Priority Production guarantee.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding company-observed holidays.
